2.解決方法
- ネット上の方法 1：手動でダウンロードする
mkdir $GOPATH/src/golang.org/x
cd $GOPATH/src/golang.org/x
git clone [email protected]:golang/text.git
方法 2：プロキシを設定する
export http_proxy=https://proxyAddress:port
export https_proxy=https://proxyAddress:port
3.最適な解決方法

Go 1.11 から Go Mod に対応し、https://goproxy.io/ をダウンロード用プロキシとして使う解決方法が提供されている。公式の設定方法：

macos/linux
export GO111MODULE=on
export GOPROXY=https://goproxy.io
- Windows では PowerShell で設定する（現在設定している GOPATH に対して入力する）
$env:GO111MODULE="on"
$env:GOPROXY="https://goproxy.io"
- ここでは引用符が必要で、なければ on やアドレスのエラーが出る。その後は Go get などが順調に動いた。
Notice： Go version が >=1.13 の場合は次を使う
go env -w GOPROXY=https://goproxy.io,direct
go env -w GOPRIVATE=*.corp.example.com
